LOCATION & AMENITIES
Lourdesville is located just over a mile outside Kildare Town (on the Athy Road) and is close to all amenities including Kildare outlet Village, Japanese Gardens, Irish Derby, restaurants churches, parks, community centres etc. Perfect for an engaging day out for you and your family.
Activities include crafts, bingo, musical evenings, Physiotherapy sessions, Sonas.
Music is provided 3 nights a week. There is also a small library and a quiet room in the Home. The secluded gardens provide ample walking areas for residents, and patients confined to wheelchairs are brought for walks and can enjoy the beautiful shrubs and flowers. Parties are organised for special occasions, (outings outside the nursing home are organised. For example, shopping trips, night out at the dog track, annual pilgrimage to Lourdes, church ceremonies, etc.)
